This Unit features focusing lenses for very bright LEDs, This is very bright flashlight with very good throw(usable light at a father distance). It is the brightest by far of any hand crank flashlight we have seen.

It takes about 1 hour of cranking to completely recharge battery, which will run LEDs for about 24 hours.
1 min cranking on a an empty battery will give about 30 minutes of light.

This flashlight has been improved since the reviews. New features include brighter 15K MCD LEDs, faster charging, increased battery capacity, body is flat on the bottom for use on flat surface, choice of 5 or 1 LED on, or standby very low mode. Also added is new Camo Color body option.
