Please send your return to Advancedmart for an exchange. We may provide return shipping labels
at our discretion. Please contact us with the description of the
problem.
3.
If you want a refund for a defective item, order shipping charges are
non-refundable, in most cases.
4.
If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
Non-Defective Returns

2.
All returns must be in the original box with all packing materials,
cables, manuals, accessories, and UPC code on the box intact. Customer
must cover return freight costs.
3.
We ask that shipments to our returns warehouse be sent via UPS, FedEx,
USPS delivery confirmation, or other traceable method so that you may
receive a tracking number to be sure that the shipment does arrive to
its destination.
4.
All Non-Defective Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee
5.
If an order is returned in non-resaleable condition, the return will not be
accepted and the merchandise will be returned to the customer.
6.
All shipping charges for non-defective
returns are non-refundable.
TYPOGRAPHICAL
ERRORS
Advancedmart
has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the product information
and description. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price
due to typographical, photographic or technical error, Advancedmart
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products
listed at the incorrect price. Advancedmart shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Advancedmart
shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the
amount of the incorrect price.
JURISDICTION
AND VENUE
You
agree that any legal action brought against Advancedmart shall be
governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its
conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and
venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the
Advancedmart sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court
located in Riverside county, California.
PRICING
Our prices are updated daily. At the time you make a purchase you agree
to the listed price. We do not "price match" and we cannot make a price
adjustment after an order has shipped. Our costs simply change on a
daily basis.
Orders
are usually shipped within 48 hours, but not always. We will try to
contact you if there is a delay. If you do not recieve your order or a
tracking number, after a week so please contact us.
We
reserve the right to cancel any order(we will issue a refund of any
payments made by the customer) for any reason. We are not responsible
for any damages resulting from late or canceled shipments. Large orders
may require a phone call verification.
