The unique packaging process removes the majority of the residual oxygen through a nitrogen flushing practice. Wise Company Grab and Go Food Kits carry up to shelf life of 25 years, with absolutely no rotation needed.

Wise Company product is best stored in dry and cool locations. Optimal storage conditions are in a dry, cool basement-like location of 50-55 degrees. When storing freeze-dry and dehydrated food one should avoid hot and humid locations

Hours of grinding wheat or soaking beans can be labor-intensive and taxing, not to mention leaving you with a “meal” that’s hardly appetizing.
